I made a two color block for round 5. The prompt was use two colors and white was an optional addition. I used teal and dark fuschia with white to make nine-patch blocks. The finished size is 12 inches like all the other blocks I'm making. These four blocks go together fairly well. I plan to put the blocks on point. The prompt for round 4 is curves. I watched some free video lessons from Jo at The Crafty Nomad on porthole applique. Then I made some heart shaped reverse applique mug rugs. There was an option for round portholes so I made a block with round shapes. I used the floral fabric from round #3 for the centers. Now the quilt fabric focus has changed.
