Midnight Garden Flowers

Still staying home since the roads are icy. I had time to work on some flowers for my MIdnight Garden quilt.

This is the 18 inch daffodil. I made it sort of scrappy. We received lots of small bits in our original fabric bundle. So I decided to mix the bits when I cut the pieces for this flower. There are three yellows and an orange instead of one yellow.

Today I worked on the lilies of the valley. This time the browns are mixed bits.

All the sections are made. The last step is to sew them all together. The block is 12 inches finished.

Two blocks made from Burlap & Blossom patterns. The daffodil is 18 inches finished.
In a hurry - the lilies are upside down.

These are the blocks I have so far in my Midnight Garden. The brown backgroucn blocks will be in the fore front. The green next to represent the grass. The blue and black background represents the night sky. I need to get a design wall instead of my design floor.
I'm getting acquainted with this new blog format but still wish I could get blogger to upload photos.
That's all for now.
